Shipping Updates

Ok, ok - shipping with MySoti over this past year has been LOUSY. We are absolutely aware of this and you all should by now know the issues surrounding the delays (please read some of our blogs to see what happened if you’re not up-to-speed).

This page is now where we will be posting regular and up-to-date notices on current delays (if any) and make things a lot easier for everyone.

HOW TO SEE IF YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED: 
To see if your order has shipped in time please log-in and check your status of your order within MySoti.com [http://www.mysoti.com/mysoti/userOrder/list]. 

If it is marked as PROCESSING then this means that your shirt is currently being readied for shipment so (weather permitting) should be with you very soon; usually posted within the coming 24-48 hours. 

A PLACED order means that at the time of viewing your order is yet to be processed and this is almost certainly dependant upon it’s place within the print queue and what blank garments are required in order to fulfil it. 

Please don’t forget that we PRINT TO ORDER and this takes a little more time than just picking a garment off of the shelf and sticking it in a bag!

All orders are running a pretty slow at the moment due to a few, niggly but minor supply issues that we are fighting tooth and nail to resolve.

We hope to be back up to turnaround of 5-10 days asap but for now please see the status of your order within your MySoti.com profile. 

THAT SAID… PLEASE ALLOW TIME FROM SHIPPING EMAIL NOTIFICATION AND FOR YOUR PACKAGE TO ARRIVE.


OLD US
and International (pre-2011) are being processed asap and are being printed and shipped as soon as possible. Over 90% of this backlog has now been cleared but some orders do still remain.

RECOMMENDATION: If the design that you purchased for this outstanding order is still available within MySoti.com then you may receive your product quicker by requesting a cancellation and refund and then re-ordering this product.

I have been asked several times as to why the new orders are sometimes shipping before the older ones.

My apologies for this and I appreciate that on the surface this seems illogical but there are numerous technical, economical and practical reasons as to why this is the case. We are doing all that we can in order to get these last, few straggling orders at as soon as humanly possible.

If - after this - you would still like a refund then please email ask@mysoti.com quoting your MySoti Order ID and we can process this for you.
